As co founder of one of the world’s leading independent consulting companies, Brian and his colleagues have been providing a complete range of services, combining years of hands-on body shop experience, with the most up to date management strategies, methods and procedures. These services range from brief evaluations of current financial performance and management methods, to complete ‘turn-around’ consultations incorporating on-site strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, management training and supervision.

Founding partner, current owner and Technical Director for Bemack Planning Services and Autobody University, Brian Evison, has been in the collision repair business for over forty years.
During the past twenty three years as an educator and consultant, Brian has visited and consulted with literally hundreds of body shops all over the world. His clients include many leading collision centers, as well as some of the worlds most recognisable corporations such as; Penske Automotive, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, General Motors, and PPG Industries, to name just a few. Brian is a licensed teacher of post secondary education and an original cofounder of Masters School of Autobody Management. Brian has written numerous articles in trade magazines around the world, and created the widely recognised Rapid Processing Technology, which has sparked many published articles and educational platforms on the subject of cycle time reduction and team building.
Joe Hinkens; Faculty, Co-Host and Webcast Presenter
Joseph Hinkens is an expert in the field of automotive collision repair management. He is a Certified Collision Repair Manager and a licensed instructor of post secondary vocational & educational curriculum. Joe has worked as a consultant for many of the nation’s leading collision centers with annual revenues ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000 and is an author to the Ford Motor Company’s body shop program.
Along with Brian Evison, Joe was an original cofounder and instructor at Masters School of Autobody Management and is the author and publisher of the world’s best selling Bodyshop Operations Manual.
For the past decade, Joe has been a consultant and advisor to PPG Industries MVP Program where he has designed and produced management training and instructional materials. If that’s not enough; he is also the owner and operator of one of the USA’s leading and most progressive bodyshops, which he continues to manage today.
Joe is best known for his emphasis on measurement, accountability and the development of standardized systems and procedures. He was the primary inspiration behind the very existence of this website.
Gerry Enders; Faculty, Co-Host and Webcast Presenter
Gerry is a trained educator and a highly experienced instructor of vocational and educational curriculum. He is a Certified Collision Repair Manager with and extensive background in consulting and dealership body shop management.
As the principal of a multi store collision center operation in Southern California, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on management experience to Autobody University. His familiarity and real world understanding of the unique challenges that dealerships face, is of particularly benefit to our students from thousands of dealership body shops around the world.
